• Support Rewards Club Manager in all aspects of Rewards Club operations.
• Provide superior customer service, and assure the same level of service from staff.
• Assist Casino Host Supervisor with execution of all promotions and group tracking.
• Supervise enrollment of club members and provided services.
• Assist with analyzing and implementing promotional programs.
• Account for accurate accumulation of member points and redemption.
• Assist with management of Rewards Club inventory of supplies and premiums.
• Make recommendations for effective player and group tracking.
• Make recommendations for upgrading programs to improve efficacy.
• Support all department and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with supervision of Rewards Club staff, including training, work direction, safety, communication and performance evaluation.
• Audit data input and marketing detectors, and assist with mailings.
• Attend department meetings as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in casino player development.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong computer and telephone skills.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information.
• Able to communicate with guests and staff in a tactful, diplomatic manner.
• Able to speak to groups of varying sizes, including acting as Master of Ceremonies for events, parties and tournaments.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Neat, professional appearance.

• Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
• Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
