Equipment Finance Ops Analyst

Description

Summary: The Equipment Finance Operations Analyst 2 is responsible for processing all changes on booked contracts and customer data, performing on account cash activities including research, identification and reconciliations of funds.

• Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossessions, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions.
• Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for setup, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information.
• Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application.
• Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting.
• Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waiving late charges, rents after termination, or others.
• Review system‑created changes for accuracy and clean up.
• Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment location.
• Complete setup or changes to contract renewals.
• Train colleagues on Sys Ops processes.

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' experience in operations support.

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle leasing software and Salesforce software.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation Range: 22.00 - 41.50 USD Hourly. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Eligible participants may also receive incentives and benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid leave, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
