Job Summary
Manager, Commercial FP&A Reporting will lead the consolidation and standardization of reporting across Commercial FP&A, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity for leadership and executive audiences. This role will manage key reporting processes, coordinate planning calendars, and provide analytical insights to support decision‑making, while driving process improvements and partnering closely with FP&A teams and the broader Finance organization.
Core Job Responsibilities- Lead efforts to consolidate Commercial FP&A reporting for Commercial leadership, Finance leadership, and Executive/BOD purposes, ensuring materials are consistent and cohesive.
- Own standardization of reporting templates and processes across Commercial FP&A.
- Facilitate responses to requests from Corporate FP&A, PE Sponsors, Investor Relations, auditors, and external reporting team.
- Coordinate Commercial FP&A calendars and planning processes for LRP, AOP, OTL, and monthly reporting sessions.
- Compile monthly AGM reporting for Commercial and Finance leadership.
- Coordinate with Divisional (MB) and SCS FP&A to ensure alignment of LRP, AOP, OTL, and monthly actual results for consistent narrative and figures.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting cycles.
- Provide analytical insights and commentary on trends and variances.
- Coordinate centralized efforts for Commercial FP&A on processes such as restatements, post‑executive AOP changes, etc.
- Oversee work and development of direct report.
- Support Commercial Finance VP on ad hoc requests.
- Education: High school diploma
- Relevant
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience
- At least 5 years of financial planning, reporting and/or analysis experience.
- At least 2 years of experience providing financial advice and counsel to P&L/business owners.
- Experience contributing to strategic decision‑making and goal‑setting initiatives.
- Experience leading profit improvement initiatives.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other ERP financial systems.
- Willing to travel for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- Experience in consolidating high‑level narrative for executive audiences and reviewing work of others.
- Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
- Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/project is accomplished within tight time‑frames. Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power
BI, and/or Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience in the management of team members, including assisting in the development, training, and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Financial and/or accounting certification(s).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $ – $ Annual.
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
