Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:- Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, and financial operations
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and Leadership Team on performance, profitability, and growth initiatives
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the business
- Establish and monitor KPIs across departments to drive accountability and results
- Partner closely with operations and product leaders to analyze margins, pricing, and cost structure
- Implement process improvements, systems enhancements, and reporting automation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and accounting best practices
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and business partnerships
- Manufacturing or product-based industry experience strongly preferred (not required)
- Proven background in FP&A, budgeting, cash flow management, and operational finance
- Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
