* Job Description:
** SUMMARY This role is the most senior level accounting transactional position responsible for daily processing of complex transactions including, analyzing and problem solving to resolve accounts payable or accounts receivable discrepancies including but not limited to: supplier & customer invoicing and customer cash and credits.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Supports all key financial and other business related cycles: period closing, year-end, physical inventories, internal / external audits, mergers and acquisitions, supplier statement reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, GRNI support, or any other duties as requested. Process enterprise transactions with an advanced level of complexity, in a timely and quality manner, consistent with company policies, practices and processes.
Performs complex problem solving and executes resolution for any discrepancies, missing information, missing policy approvals, etc. Includes system generated discrepancy management.
Collaborates cross-functionally with members of management and analysts to resolve any unprocessed, unique transactions or to resolve discrepancies.
Understands basic accounting transactions and can solve simple accounting transactional processing issues.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree (B.
A.) from four-year College or university; or minimum ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of combined 7+ years’ experience in Accounting, Customer Service and Invoicing with experience in best practices for an organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and multi-tasking skills Must drive to the highest level of ethics in accounting and business management COMPENSATION Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc.

** Pay Range:**$27.25 - $39.55
