Plant Controller

Sky Water is partnering with a global manufacturer that has experienced double‑digit growth over the past several years and continues to expand. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization as a Plant Controller supporting one of their seven U.S. locations. In this role, you will lead on‑site financial operations for the manufacturing facility and partner closely with corporate accounting and finance teams.

The position is responsible for production and financial reporting, operational analysis, budgeting, and driving profitability and cost improvement initiatives, while serving as the primary finance partner to plant leadership. They are looking for a strong, engaging communicator who can act as the “mini CFO” of the facility.

This is an onsite role with some flexibility. Only local Minnesota candidates will be considered.
