Location: Twin Cities, MN
Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 + 20–25% Bonus + Relocation

• Lead U.S. accounting operations, including general ledger, close, and reporting
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Oversee accounting across multiple manufacturing sites and corporate functions
• Partner with operations to improve cost visibility and financial performance
• Identify and resolve process gaps, control weaknesses, and reconciliation issues

• Prior experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader
• Strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting
• Proven ownership of full general ledger and close processes
• Experience supporting multi-plant manufacturing environments
