We are conducting an exclusive search for a Controller on behalf of a private equity–backed client in the Huntsville area. They are seeking a solid Controller with manufacturing experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on from an accounting perspective while also serving as a strategic partner to the business. This role requires strong costing exposure, with the ability to engage beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and contribute to overall business performance. A demonstrated track record of driving process improvements is essential and will manage a small team.
There will be the opportunity for this individual to be promoted within two years to VP of Finance and Accounting or CFO.
