* Prepare detailed trip briefings and ensure the CFO is fully equipped and prepared for every engagement.
* Meeting Preparation & Follow-up
* Organize and facilitate high-level internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, coordinate pre-reads, and capture and distribute action items.
* Support preparation of executive-level presentations, leadership communications, and briefing documents.
* Communication & Correspondence Management
* Serve as a trusted, professional first point of contact for the MI Finance CFO - managing inbound communications, prioritizing responses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
* Draft and review correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the MI Finance CFO with clarity and the appropriate tone.
* Team & Operational Support
* Coordinate team events, offsites, leadership forums, and employee engagement activities across the MI Finance organization.
* Manage purchase orders, expense reports, and budget tracking for the SVP's office in compliance with Nokia's financial policies.
