Retail Banker-Jackson and Heron Lake

Security Bank is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Retail Banker to our team in Minnesota! This role offers a dynamic work environment, providing the unique opportunity to support and engage with our teams at both the Jackson and Heron Lake locations. We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys working with clients. This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operations.

• Greet and support clients’ needs with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions based on the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Be proficient while completing all necessary teller transactions for the client.
• Accurately maintain individual daily cash drawer.
• Open new accounts: DDAs, Savings, CDs, Safe Deposit Boxes as needed.
• Support the customer inquiry resolution for fraud and disputes.
• Remain compliant with operational, security and audit policies & procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and other banking regulations.
• Build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy.
• Prior cash handling and or banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Financial/Math skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and with teams.
