Job Shift: Varies (+Weekends)

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations.
• Participate in financial reporting and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Learn and maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and financial documentation.
• Work closely with Finance team members across all functional areas.
• Participate in department meetings as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a 2-year or 4-year program in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
