Sr Collections Analyst
Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
As a Sr Collections Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the collections function.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures. You will monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer accounts and identify delinquent accounts
- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt
- Develop and implement collection policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections
You Must Have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We Value
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Understanding tax implications of multi-national company
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision
