We are looking for a Treasury Manager to strengthen our Group Treasury team at Zentiva, with a focus on payments, banking operations, and treasury transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will act as the internal owner of treasury-related projects, including the ongoing payment platform and banking connectivity transformation, ensuring efficient integration into daily treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payment processes across the Group, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and control
• Act as internal owner for treasury-related projects, including: payment platform implementation and migration, banking connectivity and integrations, payment file formats (e.g. ISO 20022 / XML)
• Coordinate with external consultants, banks and internal stakeholders on project delivery and implementation
• Coordinate and maintain bank accounts, mandates, and KYC processes
• Support and optimize banking structures and operational relationships
• Ensure smooth integration of new systems and processes into daily operations
• Collaborate closely with the treasury team on cash, liquidity and reporting topics
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Act as backup for other treasury activities to ensure flexibility and continuity

Ideal candidate

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate treasury, payments, or banking operations
• Strong understanding of payment processes and banking infrastructure
• Proven experience in projects (banking, systems, connectivity, ERP/TMS)
• Experience with payment formats / platforms (ISO 20022) is a strong plus
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
