Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Kals Motor Group is a family‑owned used car dealership in Wadena, MN, and we’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer‑focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy helping customers secure financing while providing an outstanding buying experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Monday–Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00

PM Alternate Saturdays: 8:00AM – 2:00

PMSundays Off

• Arrange vehicle financing with a variety of lending partners
• Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers
• Prepare and complete all financing and title paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
• Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions

• Previous automotive F&I, finance, banking, or lending experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
