The Finance Administrative Manager II
- Collections position reports to the Director of Collections within Global Business Services. This position is responsible for managing North America Institutional & Specialty Direct Strategic AR portfolio over $200M. This position is responsible for building and developing an exceptional performing team to drive down trade receivables while supporting the company's growth and protecting shareholder value. This position has direct reporting span of control over appropriately 25 associates, with five direct reports.
In addition, this role is a critical business partner to GBS senior leadership as well as divisional senior finance leadership and general management.
- Deliver past due results in line with plan objectives.
- Initiate and lead discussions with large, complex customers to address open AR balances up to and including the highest levels in company/corporation.
- Own select monthly credit reviews to review portfolio and partner with business leaders across divisions to resolve barriers and implement solutions.
- Lead team of associates, holding associates accountable to accelerate collections, minimize AR aging, hold customers to invoice terms and improve portfolio health.
- Ensures understanding of accounts driving aging/DSO and that appropriate internal and customer action plans are in place to reduce aging and root cause analysis is completed to identify and fix issues to improve cash flow.
- Prepares timely and meaningful analyses related to collections activities for portfolio including, but not limited to, DSO, aged receivables, risk, and write-offs.
- Actively contribute to CBC and order to cash ideation leading to efficiency and effectiveness and promote continuous improvement approach for self and team.
- Execute key portfolio initiatives in accordance with Accounting and Control Policy and CBC Guidelines.
- Ensures sound policies, processes, and controls around Credit Services activities.
- Lead contact for internal and external audits.
- Energize and empower team to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations while fostering an environment of individual accountability supported by metric-driven success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, or shared services
- Experience building and leading high performing teams and developing subordinates

- Experience communicating to all levels of the organization and working with Senior level executives, including VPs, SVPs, and GMs
- Self-motivated and detail and process-oriented
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), workflow software, and ad hoc reporting tools and databases and ability to transfer financial analysis into insights and action plans
- Experience interacting with Order to Cash processes including commercial support roles
- Strong leadership presence with excellent presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify key metrics critical to business performance and provide easily understood and actionable management reporting
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $ - $. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
