The City of Excelsior is seeking a Planner Technician to coordinate building permits, code enforcement, and other city permits.
Responsibilities- Coordinate building permits, code enforcement, and other city permits.
- Work with property owners and city departments.
- Provide customer service.
- Maintain records.
- Provide administrative support for all permit‑related matters.
- Associate’s degree in urban planning, urban studies, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of one year work experience in municipal planning or a related field.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree and municipal government experience.
Salary range $35.90 - $45.06 per hour.
