Location: Breckenridge
The City of Breckenridge is accepting applications for a Building Official / Zoning Administrator. Reviews new and alteration building construction plans for compliance with State & City codes. Issues building permits. Inspects and re-inspects properties to ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances and standard. Assists with the planning, design, construction and inspection of public improvement projects. Inspects rental properties to issue Certificate of Health & Safety.
Prepares for and attends various meetings. Public Nuisance Abatement. Assists the Planning Commission with various applications including variances, conditional use, zoning amendments, and platting.
