About the Role:Grand View Lodge is looking for a skilled, guest-focused Nail Technician to join our Spa & Wellness team. You'll deliver a full range of nail services from classic manicures and pedicures to gels, acrylics, and nail art in a serene, upscale resort spa setting. This role is about more than technique; it's about creating a genuinely memorable experience for every guest who sits down at your station.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Deliver a full menu of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gels, acrylics, and nail art, tailored to each guest's style and goals.
- Personalize every service by listening to your guest; their preferences, concerns, and what would make their visit feel exceptional.
- Maintain a spotless station and meticulously sanitized tools; uphold all hygiene and infection control protocols between every guest.
- Educate guests on proper nail care and recommend take‑home products that genuinely support their results.
- Promote add‑on treatments and spa packages in a natural, guest‑first way that enhances their experience.
- Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and product innovations; you're always growing your craft.
- Show up as a collaborative, positive presence on the spa team; reliable, focused, and genuinely invested in a great guest experience.
- This is a resort hospitality role; availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons is required.
- Current Minnesota Nail Technician license in good standing — required.
- Experience in a spa, salon, or luxury service environment preferred; a strong client‑focused track record is what matters most.
- Proficiency across a wide range of nail services, with a creative eye and attention to detail.
- A guest‑first mindset: professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making people feel their best.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests from all walks of life.
- Comfort recommending retail products and additional services in an ethical, needs‑based way.
