Cosmetologist

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a licensed Cosmetologist to provide high-quality hair, makeup, and nail services in our resort spa and salon. In this guest-first role, you'll consult with guests, recommend services and products, and deliver stylish, safe, and relaxing experiences that reflect our welcoming, tribal-rooted culture. Responsibilities include performing a full range of cosmetology services, maintaining impeccable sanitation, managing service schedules, processing payments, and promoting retail products.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of cosmetology services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
• Perform makeup, nail, and basic spa services according to guest needs and spa standards
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and recommend appropriate services and products
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and state cosmetology regulations
• Manage daily service schedule, prepare stations, and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Process payments, handle POS transactions, and accurately record services provided
• Promote and upsell retail products and add-on services to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Collaborate with spa and resort team members to support a seamless guest experience
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training
