Nail Technician

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a skilled Nail Technician to provide exceptional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in our resort spa. You will consult with guests, recommend services, and deliver high-quality nail care while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. This role supports a guest-first culture, upselling spa services and retail products, managing appointments efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment in a fast-paced resort and casino setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancement services to resort guests
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to recommend services and products
• Maintain strict sanitation, disinfection, and safety procedures at all times
• Manage appointments efficiently to ensure on-time service in a fast-paced setting
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Deliver warm, guest-first service aligned with tribal values and resort culture
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and support overall spa cleanliness
• Collaborate with spa team members to support special promotions and peak periods
• Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Follow all resort, tribal, and state regulations and policies
