Description
Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management! This is a full-time or on-call position with weekend requirements.
The CNA provides residents with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living, under the supervision of the LPN or RN and in accordance with the MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights, and the facility QAPI program. CNAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care, and basic restorative services, understanding the mental health and social service needs of residents, especially those who are cognitively impaired.

The Monarch Float Pool offers staffing assistance to Monarch facilities. You can pick your shifts based on facility needs. Travel is expected for this position, with benefits available. Review our facilities at to see potential travel locations.

Alexandria, Anoka, Bloomington, Chisago City, Delano, Duluth, Eveleth, Excelsior, Faribault, Foley, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Lake Crystal, Litchfield, Mankato, Mapleton, Minneapolis, New Prague, Plainview, Redwood Falls, Roseville, Rush City, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Stillwater, Superior (WI), Two Harbors, Virginia, and Winsted.
Qualifications
- Current registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Able to travel to different Monarch facilities.
