  This position will generally be scheduled for 24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings:
  This position will be working in SNF/LTC and outpatient. This position could also have the opportunity for leadership.

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. We have a physical therapist on staff who specializes in pain neuroscience, LSVT-BIG, and lymphedema certified therapists. We offer a strong continuum of care.
