Greet and register patients, verify demographics and capture required signatures;
Schedule and coordinate appointments with providers and nursing;
Establish financial responsibility and collect co-pays/pre-payments;
Operate multi-line phone, check patients in/out, manage recall and waitlists;
Work through registration work queue to resolve errors and denied insurance claims
