Location: International Falls
Sanford Health - Up to $28.69/hour - Keenan Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support;
Assist the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, and communicate changes to the charge nurse;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate; participate in wellness and recreational activities
