Location:
Temperance Lake Ridge in Sherburn, Minnesota (On-site)
Veri Core Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to provide on-site clinical leadership for an assisted living community in Sherburn, Minnesota. The Interim DON will oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the assisted living community
- Supervise and support nursing and direct care staff
- Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Monitor quality of care and resident outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in Nursing Management and Assisted Living
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent role
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota
