Position Overview

Inabia is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its Rehab Therapy team in Belview, Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence in a supportive care center environment.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically strong, and comfortable working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards

• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• SNF / rehab experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
