Job Summary
Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Morris, Minnesota. The position is 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, start ASAP, and is travel employment.

The PT is responsible for assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals, set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate PT methods.
Qualifications- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively applying for licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Develop a plan of care for each PT patient.
- Provide skilled PT services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet PT goals.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
