As a Therapeutic Area Specialist in Respiratory team in Finland you will drive the commercial success of Sanofi’s well-known key focus brand in assigned territory. The role covers respiratory therapeutic areas, building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and removing barriers to patient access. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive meaningful healthcare impact
    by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your territory. You'll work collaboratively across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure patients have access to the treatments they need.
  • Execute our customer experience strategy within your territory, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Identify and address barriers that prevent patients from accessing treatments.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Gather and share valuable insights from the field with our brand teams, while leveraging global resources and campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Use our wide offering of data and AI resources to plan and make and impact in own territory.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards in all activities, following both local regulations and Sanofi policies.
  • Focus relentlessly on adding value for patients and healthcare professionals through prioritized, impactful work.

About you

Experience & Background:

  • Proven success in pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience in respiratory area asthma/COPD/rhinology, as well as existing customer relationships, is considered a plus

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with ability to build trust and rapport. Fluency in local language and English is required.
  • Patient-centric mindset with deep understanding of healthcare professional needs
  • Self-motivated starter who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong team player and ability to work across functions and teams
  • Scientific acumen with experience in omnichannel customer engagement, knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, and competitive landscape
  • Aspires AI and data-driven decisions

Personal Attributes:

  • Strategic thinking and growth mindset with understanding of broader company objectives and how your role contributes to overall success
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly in assigned territory in Finland, and occasionally abroad to visit healthcare professionals, attend scientific meetings and team meetings
  • Candidate’s ideal place of residency would be central Finland, however other locations may be considered
