Base pay range$30.65/hr - $39.55/hr
About the Position:The Business Informatics Analyst serves as a liaison between clinical, financial, and administrative departments, ensuring technology solutions effectively support organizational goals. They lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of business information systems, including dashboards, reports, and data integration with EHR and operational applications. The analyst collaborates with committees, work groups, and stakeholders to improve automated and manual workflows, conducts meetings and presentations professionally, and provides technical support, troubleshooting, and mentorship.
Working closely with IT management and operational leadership, they coordinate and evaluate complex projects with long-term organizational impact while maintaining expertise in systems, applications, and operational analysis.
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in a related field, or equivalent healthcare, clinical, or revenue cycle experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, finance, or business informatics roles.
- Experience supporting financial applications, payroll, or revenue cycle platforms (e.g., ADP, Multiview, Meditech) preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems;
Epic experience a plus. - Proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with healthcare computer systems.
- Strong technical skills in workflow integration, data reporting, and visualization.
