Care Force Homes, Inc. in Milaca is looking for compassionate and motivated caregivers to join our team and provide life‑changing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting.

Position DetailsHours:
- Part‑Time (Average 29 hours)
- Every other Monday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Every other Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- $18.00/hour
- Paid sick time
- Paid vacation
- Health Insurance for employees working 36+ hours weekly
- Holiday pay at 1.5x for working 8 designated holidays
- Help implement daily activities and support individuals in their routines
- Foster independence at home and in the community—some individuals enjoy home life while others are active in community activities
- Maintain records of progress and services provided
- Assist with home upkeep and complete light cleaning tasks
- Provide compassionate care and guidance, while empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and computer-based)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a State background check (per MN statutes)
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, depending on the setting
- Flexibility to cover shifts when needed
