PartTime Direct Support Professional DSP Morning Availability

Overview

Amanicare Services Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in a residential and community-based setting. DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.

• Provide direct care and support with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals with community outings and recreational activities
• Administer or assist with medications as trained and authorized
• Follow individual support plans and company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass background study and required screenings
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Basic communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

• Previous experience as a DSP or caregiver (not required)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or physical disabilities
• Medication administration certification (or willingness to obtain)
