Social Services Director Crestview

Location: Minneapolis

The Social Services Director interacts with the residents, families, visitors, other facility staff, and community agencies during the admission and discharge process. The Social Service Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Social Services Department. This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies, and procedures, and as directed by the Administrator.

Qualifications:

Must have:

* Recognizes and understands the psychosocial and emotional needs of residents.

* Strong skills in communication, organization, management, and leadership.

Preferred:

* A Minnesota license to practice social work.

* Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
