Overview

Key Responsibilities- Conduct nutritional assessments for patients within 72 hours of hospital admission
- Ensure patients' dietary needs align with Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA)
- Review and approve all menus, including special diets
- Provide routine onsite visits to ensure compliance with dietary service standards
- Certify that all meals meet professional, regulatory, and quality expectations
- Approve menu substitutions and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain records in compliance with IHS standards
- Active license and credentials as a Registered Dietitian
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nutrition experience, preferably in a hospital setting
