Position Summary- Delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (PTA or COTA).
- Assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.
- Serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership.
- Promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success.
This position functions as a peer leader (non-supervisory), providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while remaining focused on direct patient care.
Qualifications- Will consider the following disciplines:
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) OR Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). - Must be licensed in Minnesota.
