Overview
As a Pharmacist at Coborn's, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy during your assigned shifts, with a focus on patient care, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. You play a key role in delivering a positive pharmacy experience that builds trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
In this role, you work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks, including regular, floating, and casual team members, to ensure smooth operations and consistent service. You maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing retail pharmacy practice.
You will partner with Pharmacy, Store, and Pharmacy District leadership to support site‑level and company initiatives aligned with Coborn's strategic goals. In addition, you contribute to achieving financial and operational targets by supporting pharmacy performance in areas such as sales, labor, gross margin, inventory, and overall efficiency.

- The Pharmacist position requires a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
- Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but is not mandatory. Proven leadership skills and business acumen are preferred.
- Provides exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co‑workers with dignity and respect. Must be self‑motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.
