Noon start (open to 8, 9, or 10hr shifts)

Mon-Sun

Work Details:

Support staff: 24/hr MD support on site or within 5 min drive. For mid Shift there will be another PA on site.

• What specialties are available for backup? 1 FM Doc, 1 ED Doc, Vel Telemedicine, Cardiology (Telehealth), Stroke support through (Telehealth)

• Inhouse ambulance transfers as well as Helipad to trauma center.

Amount of coverage needed per month: 2

Patients per day: 20-30 pts per day

Patient population/age:
All ages Peds to Geriatric. 6 babies born in the last 6 months

Department description: ED:
Critical Access with Trauma Level 4 (7 rooms. 2 Trauma bays that can take 4 patients each)

EMR:
Athena in clinic (might use), Medhost and EDIS (Mostly EDIS) Willing to train on those.

Hospital bed size: 57 beds

Skills required:

Emergency ultrasound experience required

License required: MN

Yes

CSR:

Certifications preferred: PALS and APLS

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS or CALS.

Minimum experience required: 3 years minimum of Emergency Medicine Exp

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• Holiday: $ - 1.5x normal rate - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day 00:00 - 23:59
