Your MissionsWithin the Medicalized Accommodation Establishment La Clé des Champs, located in Plouay, you will be in charge of:
- Accompanying the people welcomed in the essential acts of daily life taking into account their needs and their degree of autonomy at the time of meals.
- Establishing communication adapted to the people and their entourage.
- Using the techniques of maintenance of the premises and the specific material of the medico-social establishments.
- Researching, processing, and transmitting the information to ensure the continuity of care.
- Organizing your work within a multidisciplinary team.
