Morning PCA

We are seeking a compassionate Morning PCA to join our team in providing home care services in the West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Rosemount, Bloomington, and Farmington areas. As a Morning PCA, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Provide personal care to clients as needed
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from clients' residences
- Kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills
- Must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test
- Physical requirements:
Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop
