Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Camilia Rose Group Home

The Mary T. Family of Companies is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals for our multi-unit group home located in Coon Rapids, MN. This group home is licensed as an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) home. Our Direct Support Professionals serve individuals with disabilities by assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.), mobility support and transfer assistance, transportation and support for community outings and activities, medication administration, housekeeping/cleaning duties, and meal preparation.

Ideal candidates for this location will have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, including individuals that exhibit high behaviors and have a higher level of care need.

Schedule:

Part-time, Full time overnight and evening shifts are available. Every-other weekend is a requirement for all positions. 30+ hours/week is considered full-time and benefit-eligible!

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and handle postural challenges like bending, kneeling, and twisting
• The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
• A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in an ICF designated home preferred
