The Physical Therapist - Windom Area - PRN role at Good Samaritan involves planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
- Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.
- Documenting client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation and establishing therapeutic plans.
- Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
Qualifications include:
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
