Location: Tyler
Physical Therapist – Travel Contract (13 Weeks | Allied Healthcare | Full-Time | Day Shift | $60–$61/hr)

Contract Details- 13-week travel assignment
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Day shift (8-hour shifts)
- Allied Healthcare – Physical Therapy
- $60 – $61 per hour
- Estimated weekly pay: $2,400 – $2,440 (based on 40 hours/week)
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment
- Develop individualized rehab plans based on patient needs
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Implement therapeutic exercises and recovery programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team members
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient mobility, strength, and functional recovery
- Active Physical Therapist license (MN or compact eligible)
- Prior clinical PT experience preferred
- Travel assignment experience preferred
- Strong documentation and patient management skills
- Ability to commit to full 13-week assignment
- Rehabilitation / allied health clinical environment
- Structured patient caseload
- Team-based healthcare setting
