Provide physical therapy services across multiple healthcare settings, including Long‑Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Outpatient, and Home Health care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver high‑quality patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Eligible for, or hold Professional License in Minnesota.
