- July 13-19, July 20-26, July 27-31 x2, Aug 1-2, Aug 3-7, Aug 10-16, Aug 17-21 x2, Aug 22-23, Aug 24-28 x2, Aug 31
- Sept 4 x2, Sept 7-11 x2, Sept 12-13, Sept 14-18 x2, Sept 19-20, Sept 21-26 x3, Sept 26-27, Sept 28-Oct 2, Oct 5-9 x2, Oct 10-11, Oct 12-16 x2- ongoing 2 weekly occasional weekends

- Spinals, blocks, and epidurals must be performed proficiently

Required Qualifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS through AHA
- DEA
- Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
Credentialing and Onboarding
- Estimated credentialing timeframe 60 to 90 days
