We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly female client in Sartell, MN with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain her independence at home.

Long‑term position. 47 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must be adhered to once agreed upon.

Paid at $30 per hour: $26 base plus a $4 per hour bonus if all agreed shifts are worked during the pay period.

This is a W‑2 employee position.

• TB skin test within the last 48–72 hours (cost reimbursable)

Eligible candidates must have a recent TB skin test. If not, a test at a local health department or CVS Minute Clinic is required. The cost is $25 or $75 respectively; the company will reimburse the amount with the first paycheck upon receipt of the proof of test.
