As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide compassionate care and support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a 4‑bedroom residential setting. Your responsibilities will include advocating for clients, educating them, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
• Administer medication and document services in electronic records.
• Socialize with residents and facilitate activities such as games, movies, shopping, walks, bonfires, or fishing.
• Attend appointments and outings with clients.

$18.00 per hour to start.

• 16 years or older; 19 years or older to drive.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a clean record.
• Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check.
