Contract Cna (Skilled Nursing)

Contract CNA (Skilled Nursing) opportunity for 13 weeks in Littlefork, Minnesota. Competitive compensation and benefits, with a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and document vital signs accurately, reporting significant changes to nursing staff promptly.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance resident wellbeing and morale.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Valid First Aid certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience.
  • Prior experience working with elderly residents.
  • Experience with vital sign monitoring.
  • Ability to lift and support residents.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Compassionate demeanor.
  • Adaptability to shift schedules.
