Position: Patient Care Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: La Crescent

Patient Care Assistant

Part-time | Weekends & Overnights | $18.00/hour - $24.80/hour+ shift differentials

Bay Harbor of La Crescent | La Crescent, MN

Schedule
  • AM: 7 am to 3 pm
  • PM: 3 pm to 11 pm
  • Overnights: 11 pm to 7 am
Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including medication assistance and personal care.
  • Follow and assist with residents’ daily Plan of Care, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers, reporting changes or concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and comply with facility, state, and federal requirements.
  • Support a safe, clean, and home‑like environment while responding to resident and household needs.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings, in‑service training, and required online education modules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School education or equivalent (required).
Benefits and Compensation
  • Competitive Pay: $18.00/hour - $24.80/hour + shift differentials ($1.50 - $3.00).
