Setting: SNF/LTC; OP; HH; ALF/ILF
Pay Package:
Starting at $2000/week
Guaranteed
Hours:
36-hour weekly guarantee
Schedule:
Flexible;
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date:
ASAP
- Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Valid state PT licensure (or currently in a PT educational program)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SNF and/or outpatient preferred — new grads encouraged to apply!
- Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides in accordance with state/federal regulations
- Evaluate patients, review medical history, and diagnose movement dysfunction
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands‑on techniques to support healing
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
- Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
- Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
