About the Agency
We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007, helping elderly people stay safe and well in their homes.
Position:Personal Care Aide
Assist an elderly Veteran client in Lake Crystal, MN with showering, dressing, and walking assistance. This is a long‑term position, 10‑20 hours per week with the potential for full‑time hours.
ScheduleFlexible schedule; once agreed it must be followed.
Compensation- Base pay $26 per hour.
- Work‑completion bonus $4 per hour (total $30 per hour).
- Same‑day pay available at no cost.
W-2 employee.
Requirements- No prior experience required; on‑site training provided.
- Pass a background check.
- Must submit a TB skin test if not done recently; the cost will be reimbursed upon receipt.
