Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with leading daily activities such as games, crafts, music, and group events
  • Encourage residents to stay active and involved in community life
  • Maintain a safe environment by following proper care and safety practices
  • Support activity documentation and help coordinate events
  • Provide general support to residents and team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 or older
  • No prior experience required—training is provided
  • Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with seniors
  • Background in customer service or caregiving is a plus
